sometimes, when i receive a call, the hfl respond to the call but direct the sound directly to the phone. so i have to pull it of my coat to put it back on the speaker. the thing is, its only happen on the first call. i have a motorolla rival. i tried with other phones and i still have the same problem. is there a way to fix this?

 

I would try re-linking the phone to the system. Go in your phone's bluetooth settings and delete the pairing with your car. Then re-pair them.

I would also check to see if Motorala has any updates for the Rival. Sometimes doing OS upgrades will fix issues like this. Check your cell phone providers site for OS upgrades.
