You'll be sharing the gromet opening of the main wire harness coming into the car...

The easiest way is to run the wire from inside the car...

Good Luck....

^ You don't need to drill at all. If you lift up the carpet in the trunk there is a bolt to the left of the fuel tank by the rear of the seats. I used that one like in the sub install thread from Death to Toasters I think it was. Hope that helps.

Why would you use fuse # 30 for ground?

ground goes to metal, frame, negative side of the battery..... do not connect ground to a fuse.... bad things will happen.....

Negative ground An electrical system where the chassis is the negative side of the circuit and a separate wire to each component is the positive (hot) line.

Ground
(GND or GRND)
Terminal of Battery that is connected to the metal framework of the vehicle so that the Frame acts as a Conductor of electricity. In North America, the Negative terminal is grounded. In British terms, it is called Earth.

gotcha.

yes you can use that. you can also use a remote of the back of your dvd player if you have NAV, or you can use remote of the xm unit @ the trunk. if you have that.
