Post Your Problems & Solutions with AcuraMusicLink/Acura TTS
I recently installed MusicLink myself and it worked just fine for weeks. I organized my playlists, had iTunes organized correctly and read the MusicLink users guide over and over to make sure everything would run smoothly.
After several weeks, I have run into the following problems with no solutions:
1. I cannot find certain alphabetical letters through the playlist search. The search will land on the letter 'C' playlist for example, but it will not allow me to search the playlist names under that specified letter. The system just kicks me back to the 0-9 A,B,C thru Z search instead of the names of the specified playlists under the chosen letter.
I have reinstalled the software several times, restored my iPod's (a 5g Video and a 4g) and deleted all TTS entries in iTunes several times. Made sure the TTS playlists were checkmarked for updating to iPod. Updated all changes from iPod to the TTS when updating my iPod etc.
Please save the rants about how terrible MusicLink is though. There is enough of it out there. It sounds great and is easy to navigate, when it works!
