Possible to connect non-Ipod device to Ipod connector?

Hi Everyone,

My 07 TL already has an Ipod connector, not sure if it was a dealer installed thing, but came with the car brand new. I just got a DVD player for the back (headrest type) and want to connect the audio from it to this IPod interface.

I was thinking it would be perfect if there is an adapter that plugs into the Ipod connection to give me left and right Audio input. No wiring required to get the DVD audio to the system speakers and don't have to use the FM modulator (sounds terrible).

I searched for hours to see if there is an RCA to Ipod adapter, but can't seem to find one. Does anyone know if there is such a thing?

Thanks.

Please ignore my dumb question

I just realized the Aux input in my TL is 3.5mm, so I just need a 3.5mm to RCA cable.

Thanks.
