Please Help!! Nav Error: "DVD Disc reading error"

I am getting an error on my Nav (TL '06) "DVD Disc reading error. Please consult your dealer."

I tried removing the disc but to no avail.

that happened to my 07. Apparently something in the player broke and scratched the hell out of the disc. Luckily dealer replaced both under warranty.
