hey guys whats going on. i have been wanting to replace the interior speakers on the TL and also amp them up. does anybody have any reccomendations as to what i should get?(speakers and amp). i have read somewhere else on another site that i should just replace the front speakers and focus on my front stage. i have 400-500 bucks to spend so if you had the money what would you get? PLEASE HELP!! i want the speakers to be really loud and clear, basically like a concert i may be going into competitions later on..

The first question is budget. We can't help you pick out speakers if you don't give us a budget. If you only wanna spend around $300 I would go with some Diamond Hex's. Many board members have um and love them. They also sell a 5 1/4" speaker which wouldn't require any cutting into the bracket.

Other good brands to look into are:
Focal
Rainbow
Boston Acoustics

Now if money is no object, check these bad ass' out. http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?...roduct_ID=4311

Good luck and let us see some pics when you're done!! What subs are you running?

i mentioned my budget in my first post.. 400-500 bucks is what i'm looking at spendingon both the speakers(not sure if i should just get two front components or upgrade to in the front AND two in the back) plus the amp.. i'm currently running two 12 inch sony xplod subs with a 1920 watt power acoustik amp and trust me it pounds.. it's no jl audio or whatever but there's definitely enough bass to make car alarms go on.. only problem is that tehre's more bass than highs. anyboy else have any other reccomendations?
