Play MP3/Audiobook through HFL

The TL's HFL only supports the "Headset" profile (+ "File/PIM Item Transfer" for the '07s I would assume). You will not be able to stream music via Bluetooth from a portable player/cell phone to the system. There are a few aftermarket systems that will attach to cassette/aux/FM that will allow you to do so.

Bluetooth Audi Through OEM Stereo
There are programs available for WM that will "hijack" the bluetooth connection and force all audio output through the connection, but I don't think the HFL is capable of holding a connection without an active call.
I used to use one of these programs all the time in my previous car using a Parrot BT system - the audio quality wasn't perfect, but I could stream XM through my data package to the phone and then route it via bluetooth to the OEM stereo.
I have to admit, it's a lot easier to have a car with all those features built in - but there's something to be said for the MacGyver factor of the other approach.
Truth be told, you'd probably get better quality audio using a K7 (cassette) adapter and a headphone adapter from the phone.
