It doesn't have 6 channel inputs. It has 4 channel inputs and and you can select between A/B. In this setup you would lose control from the head unit.

Spyfish, the picture of the amp I'm looking at has 6 channels, Front L/R, Rear L/R, Center and Sub. It was reviewed as a 5.1 system with 6 discrete channels. Are you refering to another amp in their product line?

I have the product manual if you want me to send it to you? The amp has 6 discrete OUTPUTS, not INPUTS! The only way to get the 5.1 input is to use the coax or optical input. There are only 4 channels of RCA input (A&B w/L&R on each) and you can select between the two. This would render the head unit controls useless for fade, center, & sub. That is not a good solution. If you want an amp that can do that look at the PG Ti900.7 amp.
