Parasitic battery drain

Parasitic battery drain
I have a 2008 Acura TLS. Battery going dead when sitting for a few days. Check parasitic drain at 0.23 amps. Found interior fuse had voltage drop. Removed fuse and parasitic drain dropped to 0.03 amps. Checked no interior lights on. Is there a timer module associated with the interior light system that may not be going to sleep? Can't find wiring diagram to trouble shoot system

Unplugged HFL. Parasitic drain went away. HFL was also warm to the touch when removed. Youtube has many uploads of HFL issuses, but not many about the parasitic drain on the battery when it malfunctions. Guess I can leave it unplugged since I don't use the bluetooth phone connection.

I have a 2008 TL with the same problem. My battery would be dead after a couple days on non-use. I put the meter on the battery and it was drawing about .3 amp when the car was asleep. I disconnected the HFL and it dropped to .03 amp! I too do not use HFL and so left it unplugged.
Thanks folks for the info!

Am dealing with this problem right now. 2008 TL-S with 97K miles - fresh battery installed August 2017 and HFL puked around October, 2017. Have twice returned to car after four days of no driving to find a no-start situation. I've been studying all related threads and the Acura Tech Serv Bulletin, preparing to dismantle and remove the HFL module. Problem is, I suck at using tools and am quite capable of breaking any interior pieces I come in contact with

A friend of mine has an 05 TL (with about 48k miles in it ), and his car started having the parasitic draw recently. I told him about the HFL malfunction, so he unplugged it also, but he said the issue is still happening. Is there something else that can cause a battery draw issue?

Taco A buddy of mine has had a problem with his oem head unit for about a year now. The button lights stay on and eventually drain the car. He has swapped head units, pulled fuses and prodded with his Fluke but still can't find the issue. Solution? Remove the radio altogether. It's rare but I think as TL's get older this problem will become more widespread.
