ok so i have had this problem for awhile but i have gotten it checked twice but still seems to go bad. my problem with my car is that my door speakers work and then after a month they 1 by 1 start to not make sound. then when i drive the speakers would be going on and of as i drive mainly goes on and of as i go over bumps. i know its a stock HU but i have read that the stock tl HU is good for what it is.

i have 2 10” kenwoods with jl door speakers. i have vega 500.1 and a kenwood 4/3/2 channel power amp. Been thinking and since i got like a good amound of money to spend that if needed i would upgrade amps and subs. what you guys think mayby thats the problem?

i went to one place they told me that they would fix the problem for awhile and begin to go out again. that i would need to get an aftermarket hu in order for it all to work properly. i dont know much about stereo and the wiring so if more info is needed i will do my best to figure it out.

when i bought the car a year ago the owner told me something happened to thee stereo and that thats why the cd player doesn’t work. i didn’t care much cause i could just use ipod. the owner told me that acura quated him 200 to fix the cd problem. do you guys think this is the reason why my speakers are not staying on and working?

has anyone else had this problem? my friends tell me if the speakers use to work all properly then it should just be bad wiring, but before i didn’t have tweeters or the amps or subs so may be different.

i live in O.C. of california if anyone is a local that knows of a good shop to get car checked it would help me out a lot more.

to many words i know, i just really wanna get this fixed since i got money to spend on this to get fixed. since this forum has helped me out with my car so much i am sure it can help me out with this little problem.
