Post OEM Navigation upgrade

Ok guys here's the situation, I have a 05 SSM Tl 6spd A spec non Navi. I was wondering what I would need to get the OEM navi installed into my car, I was gonna go aftermarket but I see that they wouldn't display the climate control temps. So what would I need? Just the screen and the CD??? Would I just need to replace my current display or would I need extra wiring etc etc. And if anyone can help me get a price on the parts needed and price for the install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has been done, expensive and somewhat difficult. Search is your friend, discussed every few months, good luck.

That is one heck of a good buy. But I wouldn't buy from that guy for all the tea in China. Anyone who keeps his feedback private is hiding something.

Do yourself a favor, TRADE IT IN for a Nav model and save yourself countless hours of aggravation.

One of the best aspects of getting the Navi with the car is you won't wind up being one of the 1000's who thought they were being smart and/or saving money banging their heads into the wall afterwards wishing they had gone Nav.

Well I was interested in getting the Eclipse 5500 or 6600 series for my current display, I figure all I would need is a new HVAC unit so I can have it displayed where the clock used to be? Anyone know for sure? Can I use the stock wiring or would I need to get something else and anyone know if the Eclipse will fit where the current display is?
