I turned the heat on and when I hit the off button on the hvac the front speakers cut off for maybe 2 seconds. i turned heat back on hit off button and sure enough JUST front speakers cut out for couple of seconds. I have not tired again today
any ideas?

audio mods are
I simple for ipod
rear sub + after market amp
all drivers in rear deck and front doors replaced.

Yea that was my first unwanted guess. I hate electrical shorts so hard to trace sometimes. I tried it again few minutes ago and it did not do it so guess ill try to reproduce and see if the extended warranty covers HU
