Not sure what happened may be someone had the same problem.

This morning I started the TL and got static in the garage. This is normal since I am in the underground parking structure. I switched to AM/FM until I exited the garage. Once I entered the street I switched to XM, but there was no sound. I still saw the station name and song info but no sound. I though maybe there is a problem with the transmission. I got to the next red light and completed restarted the car. Once I restarted the car the XM started to work, but all the presets were reset.
