Nextel I880

Just curious if anyone on here has the new Nextel I880 cell phone paired with their TL. If so, when the phone is paired, does this new phone show signal strength and battery meter on the display on the dash? Also, are you able to download your phonebook from the phone to the new 07'S? I was thinking about getting this new one, but if it's the same as the I870 where it doesn't display signal strength, battery meter, and can not transfer the phonebook then I may not get one. Thanks in advance for any help.

Well never got an answer, but for those of you that have a 07 TL or TL-S and have nextel service, The I880 links up to the car perfectly. It displays the battery meter, signal strength, and is can download the phonebook from the phone to the car. Very simple to do, I was done with it in a matter of 5 minutes.

How do you download the phone book to the HFL? I was able to pair a i580 but I didn't try to download the phone book.

Sorry it took me so long to repond. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that the phonebook import feature is only for the new 07's. But you can try and send it via the phone to your car, all you have to do on your phone is go into your contact list, select a name in your contact list, push the menu button on the phone and scroll to the send via option, then select bluetooth and it should send it to your car.

Let me know if you need further help.
