i bought some boston pro 60 (cheap for $150) i haver read that for component to have a decent sound you should place the tweeter 6" apart from the woofer drive. Now if i place the tweeter where the stock tweeter go would it be to bright? cause i don't really want to screw holes into my side panels. any advice..

second, the boston pro 60 crossover are massive, would it be a good idea to place then inside the side panels ?

I have nothing bu BA pro series in all my vehicles, haven't installed yet on my TL im wondering the same thing, maybe just move them to the upper dash area
