Neubee and my project.

Hey guys, just signed up i been looking around here for quite awhile now before i got my 06 TL, this site helped me a lot for all my qustion about the car..anyways thought i would share my project that my friend done to my car....
System setup.
Boston Acoustics Pro60 separetes front.
Boston Acoustics SL95 rear
Alpine 12 type x sub
Alpine V12 4Ch.
Alpine V12 Mono
and the rest is custom.

Looks great, love the install Question though, I couldn't quite tell from the pictures, but did you build up the floor and leave the spare in there or did you remove the spare completely?

Yeah,I have to sacrifice the spare. i know it sucks but... i have another car that has a system and no spare, i'm kinda used to it..heheh just carry a can of fix a flat.

That looks amazing man. Did you do all that yourself including etching the plexi and cutting the sheets of metal.

i wish i got skills like that... lol.. good friend of mine did this for me, he's a pro installer at Mobile one audio and video here in La. the plexi is actually engraved in the back not etched. thanks man.

Your buddy is good at what he does. Very nice job!!! How did he get the Acura emblem and the glass surrounding the sub to glow?? Did he put a neon light just at the edge of the plexi and mirror???

Looks really good. I like the way the sub came out.

Is that mirror plexi with an LED on the sub? Is that piece part of the sub box? Looks pretty thick too, 1/2 inch? How is everything hooked up to the stock system? Did you have to ditch the 5.1?

yes the 5.1 still works.. and yes all the blue lightings are led's.

Sweet system man.....im actually workin on my system now and iam also using Boston speakers..im using Z6s up front and Sl65 in the rear..how did u put 6x9s in the rear? require alot of cutting? Thanks and sweet set up man

thanks bro... it's a trade favor, i hooked up his a/c in his home and he did this for me..lol i really don't know how much he would charge for a setup like this.
