well, just got one installing dom's unit, and seems like the QC was a little lax that day. i found the black wire was not actually connected under the shrinkwrap. i spent about 30 mins plugging an unplugging the unit trying to figure out why the touchscreen and radio buttons dont work. for some reason i disconnected the battery, thinking it may help, and when i went to the trunk to plug everything back in i noticed the wire had come loose. so now dom's unit is working, but the raio code the dealer gave me isnt working. not a good day.

 

on the side of the glovebox, the code should be there, for the NAV and radio.

 

i found it in the service record. dumb broad that sold me the car wrote it down wrong on the car. kicked two of the numbers around =P
