Need To Tap Into Turn Signal Wire....

I just got my 07-08 mirrors in and Im looking to install them next week. I've read in a few post's that for some strange reason the drivers side signal works when plugged in but the passenger side doesnt. I'll need to tap into the turn signal for the passenger side mirror and I was wonder where would be the easiest place to access in order to tap off of...

Thanks in advance.

i think that you dont have to plug any wires if you have an 06 other than that you have to tap the mirrors to both rear turn signals. these wires are located right next to the front seats of the car.

I apologize... when I said plug I simply meant connecting the harness. Everywhere that I've read the drivers side works, the passenger side is where you need to tap into the rear turn signals. I didnt realize that they were right next to the front seats.

So im going to locate the wire in the trunk that goes to the tail light, and try to follow it to the front of the car near the passenger side seat. Im just curious where would the wires be accessable near the front?

ok, im going to try to describe it as easy as i can.

first you have to buy an extra wire. like a black ground wire you can use. you are going to use this wire to tap to the rear turn signal. if you look in front of the door, where the hindges are, there is like a black rubber thing, thats where all the wires from the door go through.

You have to run the wire through inside the door, which means take the door panel of and then run the wire through that hinge.

then the wires that run through the hinge come through under the glove box compartment.

if you lift up the black plastic that is between the door and the seat, you will be able to see the wires. find the wire that is in the rear turn signal. you can easily find out by going to your trunk and looking at the rear turn signal.

i hope that makes sense..
