Need Soft copy of Navi instruction manual!

So, after I installed my navi, I want to learn more about it.. Since my car was non navi it did not come with the Navi instruction manual. Does anyone have an instruction manual for it?

Thanks!

you cant upload your phonebook. you have to input it yourself.

As for ALL the voicecommands, its also around AZ. too many to list/care about tho.

remember to navi hack!

You are limited to 50 phone numbers with the 3.xx bluetooth system, and those have to be manually entered via voice commands. The 4.xx system allows for phone book import, but has a redundant voice command phonebook that is seperate that allows for 50 numbers as well.

One way around the HFL phonebook limit, regardless of which version you have, is to load numbers into the Navi "Personal Address" lists, as those allow phone numbers to be added to listings. Then when you want to make a call, just retrieve the listing on the Navi and say "Send" (or, if it doesn't understand you, click on the "Send" button on the Navi screen). The HFL will say "Dialing the number received from the navigation system."

I don't know whether there's a limit on how many personal addresses you can store (I could look it up, but I'm too lazy; in my case, also, since I'm the only person who drives my TL, the personal address capacity is theoretically doubled if I use both the "User 1" and "User 2" storage).

I've used the Navi listing for a couple of numbers where, for whatever reason, the HFL balks every time I tell it the name of the person I want to call. I finally got fed up and decided it was faster to go through the Navi than it was to keep repeating myself unsuccessfully (probably better for my blood pressure, too).

The 4.XX DVDs will NOT work on the '04-'06 Navis. The current version of the Orange 3.XX disk is 3.80 -- 3.90 may be on sale on the NAVTEQ site, but I'm not sure.

The Navi voice command list is in the Navi manual, linked through the owner's manual table of contents. Check https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/...01_OMANUAL.asp (per link through the 3G Garage).
