Alright this past weekend I started an install that included a back up camera, tvandnavtogo, usaspec ipod adapter and sub and amp. Everything is wired up and the camera and ipod adapter are working great, however the sub isnt working the way it should. The sound coming from is very distorted, and it doesnt seem to be hitting very hard (its a MTX 10in 7500), So my question is where are you supposed to hook the sub too? We connected to the factory sub feed so the audio controls on the navi would work, but im guessing this was right. Help me out guys PLEASE

On another note, anyone who has installed the ad212 dvd player in the center console and has pics of the process it would be apreciated.

 

DId you use a LOC to convert high level down to RCA level? And did you connect right before the sub?

yep to what??? did you use a LOC or did you connect the sub wires directly to the Amplifier???

Please be as descriptive as possible in order to get some help...

 

I had a simialar problem. I had a faulty hight/low converter. Replaced it and now have no more issues. Good luck bro

 

how did you test the high/low converter to find it was faulty?
