NEED HELP - Car is Apart - TVandNav2Go
I am installing the TVandNav2Go right now and my car is apart. I am installing it behing the nav screen and not in the truck. There are 5 connectors that attach to the nav screen and none of the them have a white wire at position 1 like the instructions say.
Here is a pic of the 5 connectors that attach to the nav screen. The one with the "X" on it is for the clock. Which of these 5 connects have the RGB wires for the TVandNav2Go? Or is it oddly not one of these connectors?
Please help... need to finish this today so I can put car back together for work tomorrow.

Ok this is the 22 pin connector. The correct 4 colors of wires are located as you can see at the top of that connector. They are White, Red, Yellow, and Brown.
If you look closely you can see that those colors are numbered (look at the small green number on the connector):
10 = White
9 = Red
22 = Yellow
21 = Brown
The instructions say they should be numbered this way...
1 = White
2 = Red
11 = Yellow
12 = Brown
I am hesitant to cut these wires if they are not the correct ones. Thoughts?

Yes, I see, the numbering is reversed from what I see in the book. I would go with book recommendations, because it is consistant through several chapters. Everwhere in the book red signal is on white wire, green is on red, blue is on yellow and sync is on brown.
You may try to cut only the white wire, connect the system and check that you still have the image, but it is in blue-green colors only. This way you will know if you started where you should.

Good idea. I cut the white wire to be sure and turned it on to check. No red on the screen. Thanks for the help bro.
Dom I think you need to do some better instruction for non-PNP. Your number is incorrect for at the screen installation. I spent several extra hours trying to figure this out. Some pics on your directions would help too.

Well as an update...
I did get it working... sort of... bypass is working fine (nav and everything works fine) but I cannot get it to convert to DVD. It did it on its own and flickered a few times but now I can't get it back. Odd thing was that when I wiggled the device/box a little it converted. I've got a note into Dom for some assistance.
