i know that the TL does not play mp3 cd's....but i was wondering is there another way you can play them...i think its stupid that you can play mp3 cds in the tsx but no the tl

 

Mp3s aren't going to work on a CD. You can install an aux input for your favorite mp3 player; however, as an alternative, you can use Adobeman's great utility to burn CDs to DVD and get ~100 or so songs on a single layer DVD. I haven't tried using DL DVDs,, but I think some have also been successful in using those for greater capacity.

 

I installed a DVD player and I can play MP3s through there

 

Use Adobeman's scripts and convert them to DVD-A. You can get up to 99 songs per disc (depending on length). Other than that and the options given, sorry dude, you're SOL.
