Need help bad with dealer
never had a problem like this so I really don't know what to do. On Mon I had my power steering pump replaced, it was a wet and dirty (salty) day in CT. I picked my car up and drove home. I noticed on Tues (about 24 hrs later) my driver's door - front and rear has scratches and small dents. I know whole heartedly it wasn't on my watch that this happened. The tech said he didn't do it or see it and the wash guy said he saw it, but thought it was already there. Service Manager says it didn't happen in his shop he would have been told by an employee if it was done there, and disagrees that he has any responsibility towards the $780 in repairs, i received 5 quotes that range from $580-$936. And i need to add at least another $200 in car rental.
Where do I go from here? There is no way I can prove they did it, just like they can't prove I did it. Is this just one of those frustrating things that happens in life or do i have a chance if i talk to the GM or Acura CS themselves?
thanks

You're sort of...screwed!
a) You didn't inpect the car when you picked it up.
b) Most dealerships have a disclaimer stating they aren't responsible for damages occuring on their property.
You might get around "b", but not without the help of "a".
