I'm used to being the one answering questions, but now I need some help. I was delivering a TSX last night and the customers' Sprint V3m wasn't working as expected. Everything worked fine except for picking up a call with the "talk" button.

When an incoming call comes through, the phone rings, but you don't hear it through HFL. Opening up the phone answers the call on HFL but you can't pick it up with the steering wheel controls. I'm thinking that its a setting on her phone, but I have no idea what to suggest.

Ironically, I don't believe there is a resource for sales consultants to get timely answer for something like this.
