navigation screens black

navigation screens black
when i turn my 2004 acura tl type s on the navigation screen remains black. the only time any sort of picture comes up is when i put the car in reverse the the video from the reverse camera pops up but as soon as i put it into first gear the screen goes black again. what do i do
