Need hep with computer glitch

Need hep with computer glitch

I own 2017 RDX Elite. This is happened already twice. Both times after I disconnect from call, the lower screen will show “Mute” message and audio system becomes disables (no sound and you cannot navigate or select source or station, just what you see on the screen). Phone system is not operational as well. This obviously happened while I was driving, so when I arrived home, I turned car engine off and on, but screen came back to “Mute” again. Luckily in both cases system was ok next morning. This looks like computer glitch to me.

Needles to say, I have scanned owner manual but couldn’t find anything explains this situation.

Delete your Bluetooth phone and re-pair

You also may need a new nav/ent system. I have heard of them being defective out of the factory.

Does it show anything on your phone too? Try to restrict some accesses to the phone and see it helps too.
