Navigation Question:

Does anyone know if there is a way to get better results when searching for "nearby" places in the '06 nav?

For example... i choose places from the menu and then put in Home Depot let's say... with which i recieve a list 1,496 home depot stores starting in california. I live in Pennsylvania. Why doesn't the nav list the nearest 3 stores to my location first? seems that it would make sense to list starting with the closest match by location and name, right?

am i doing something wrong? (i have checked to make sure that the approporatire state is chosen in the system)?

thanks, in advance, for your help. Bags

Unfortunately it is a known issue.

There are some work arounds outlined in this thread: NAVI system shows McDonalds at 2300 miles away!

Please continue the discussion there. Thank you.
