Navigation Hack - OK Nag and Trip Computer Patched

i just gone through the process of updating navi.com as well as HMIManager.exe for the trip computer as well as OK nag removal. gone through loading the custom bin and for some odd reason i dont see any difference. one odd part is when i run those patch locally, it doesnt give me any confirmation about successful patching so i'm wondering if its something to do with the patch etc. can anyone please advise what i might be doing wrong.

Thanks

when you patch the file, it should say file patched with an ok button. I think you may have downloaded a bad file of the patch, redownload it and see if it works. Also which navi version are you using? Some require use of cebin while others use dumpnavi.

here's a screenshot of running the patches on a CLI. it doesnt say anything after running them and file size is exactly identical compare to the original. would someone be able to post the TLNaviOK401a.com and TLPatch401a.com. unsure if the files posted on the Navi Hack sticky is corrupted or working?
