Navi serial #

How do I get the serial # for my navi I need to get a code. But I can't find the serial # or the code where are they usually at

U have to look at the DVD box it's right on top then call the dealer with that serial number an they will help u with the code bro

Yes, it's in the trunk on the passenger side towards the rear.
