i bought a navi screen for my 04 tl and i want to do a non navi to a navi convertion is that possible?

very much possible... you need more than just the navi screen those

 

Gonna take about $1500 more in components. Do a search for navi conversion and start to read. Not only will it take a lot of cash, it will take a lot of time. There is a guy one ebay who sells the whole kit.
