Navi prompt and hfl question

Navi prompt and hfl question
So I've done alot of searching and i think i figured out what direction I am going to take with my audio upgrades. I just have one question about the navi prompts and HFL. If i go with a oem integration unit and use the signal from after the factory amp will the navi prompts and HFL still work properly?
