i brought my car to the audio shop and they installed my Grom ipod adapter and when they put everything back in the navi unit all works but non of the navi buttons light up. the buttons work, you can press "dual" and that little circle lights up. you can press fan up and down and it works but when i turn on the headlights non of the 12 bulbs light up. any idea what the issue may be? i checked all the fuses on the kick panel and under the hood.

 

Take it back to the audio shop.

 

i will be taking it back in next saturday but i want to help them find a solution so it doesnt take as long to fix.

i actually looked at it closely at night and it actually is all it up just very very dim. maybe bulbs?

 

loose connection perhaps when they undid it..
