You guys think too hard

I'm just going to go in, get my 06 loaner TL from service, pop the DVD into my computer, copy it and burn it back on to a DL DVD. Should work but I'll let everyone know for sure.

I thought most loaners were non-navi TSXs. Even if you got a 06 TL loaner, it would be non-navi. The update doesn't add NavTraffic (if you want it, you'll have to wait for the 07 TL).

=========================

If you copy the NAVI DVD and burn it to a dual-layer +R or -R it still won't work. I borrowed one from a friend and tried about 10 differnet ways to burn/copy that disc and nothing worked. I kept the files on my hard drive, so if anyone figures out the way to make this work... I have the data!!!!

Some do and some don't. I took my TL in for service and did get a non-navi TSX loaner. My boss also took his TL to a different dealer and got a navi TSX. Maybe since his TL doesn't have it they gave him that to try and get a trade in for one with????

I suddenly feel like TL's navi is inferior?

It beats the shit out of the WalMart $4.00 travel map I used to use!!!
