NAV disk is scratched to hell

My NAV keeps saying it cant read the disk. I took the disk out and noticed it has deep grooves around the outer edge. Car is under warranty. Will the dealer replace this without hassle?

I dont want them saying something since my car is lowered that the stiff suspension had something to do with this. Suggestions or ideas? Thanks.

I believe there is a TSB on the Navi units as some of them damaged the DVDs.
Check for the TSB in the 3G Garage; that should be of some help when you visit the dealer.

Awesome acurapartssource! Im starting to lose faith in Acuras and this is my first Honda product ever. I have had quite a few issues and have less than 30K miles on this car.
