I searched; I didn't find...

Is there a way to delete addresses from the Previous Addresses listed in the Nav system?

I should have explained that I have an owner's manual, a navigation manual, and a service manual, but I haven't found a way to delete addresses, so I guess the answer is "no." I thought someone might be able to do it with voodoo or show me I missed it. The list would be easier to use if I could delete the addresses I no longer recognize, the ones I've put in twice, etc.

 

I know I have done it screwing with the nav- there is a delete option of prior destinations, beyond that- I am still figuring out on my car

 

Just checked my Navi manual. It's on pages 81 - 84.

There is a way to delete previous destinations. Press the "setup info" button twice and you should arrive at the setup screen. Select either button 3 or 4 (I can't remember exactly which one it is) and on the screen you should see an option for deleting previous destinations. Select this option and it will take you to your previous destinations for removal.

 

Excellent. My Navigation Manual is an '05 and those pages cover something else, but it's probably in there somewhere. Setup screen two includes it. Thanks to all.
