I've had my phone for a few months and now it won't charge. It seems that the connector may have a short. I tried playing around with the cord but know luck. Has anyone had this similar problem? A brand new phone shouldn't be causing me this problem. What should I do?, and thnx.

 

take it back to a verizon technical support store and get it replaced....
