Sure this has to be out there... though I can't find it.

Going to finialize the deal on an 06 AM Non Navi after work...

I can't seem to figure out if TTS will work with the Non Navi.... The dealer flat out says that they don't know.

It will, but the software sucks big time- navi or non-navi.

 

Yeah I have read the reviews- but want the option to hard wire the ipod, and hide it in the glovebox. I know I am a bit different fromthe average poster here in that regard.

In reading the manual- it seems that the only way to switch playlists is the TTS- and switching playlists is critical to the way I use the ipod. So as long as I can pick a playlist, and hit shuffle, then it is ok... too expensive but ok. If I pay for it and cannot even switch aplaylist I'll be a bit upset

 

GTs... what's your level of conf in the answer?
Makes sense to me, since it doesn't take vocal commands...
