MP3 Question - Random Mode

Say I've got a disk with 60 MP3 files in 3 Folders - 20 Files per Folder.
1. Which setting will play any file on the disc in Random order?
and
2. Which setting will play the files in ONE folder in Random order?
The manual is a little unclear, but I think 1 above is Disc-Random and # is Folder-Random. Is that right?
