I received a letter dated June 20, 2007 "Re: Navigation System Survey"

Acura is conducting a survey (21 questions on a pre-paid reply mail card) about the Navi system in the 2007 vehicles. Perhaps some of the complaining has registered. Interestingly, they include a "Navigation User Tip Card" with the survey. Basically it's a small (5.5" h x 4" w) booklet that has 8 pages counting the front cover. One of the tip pages is devoted to finding specific POI places, which has been a sore spot with many of us.

The letter is signed "Navigation Improvement Group" - thus providing a more specific taget for my Navi complaints.

This will be interesting.
