Magnetic roof mount antenna on 2005 TL - with hidden wire

For years I have had a roof mount antenna on my 98 Volvo C70 for the cell phone (better reception and no radiation to my cranium). It was simple to hide the wire, I put the antenna on the right side just above the rear window and simply ran the wire around the top corner (for tension) and down the drain channel next to the window, into the trunk and to the driver seat. I want to do the same on the TL, but I am running into obstacles such as the trim running along the edge of the roof from front to back comes so close to the rear window that the thin antenna wire won't even fit (unble to get tension by using the 90 degree bend). Then taking out the back seat seems next to impossible (well hidden bolts), and finally the center console is lined with one piece of metal trim that seems would bend easily if you even think about lifting the console. Has anyone had any luck with a magnetic mount (or possibly any other) cell phone antenna? I'm looking primarily for either a good way to get the wire to stay in the drain channel or maybe an alternate mounting spot. I bought the "mini magnet" Wilson antenna because it seems it would be the least disruptive to the TL styling. The antenna can be found at the link below:

All input is appreciated!
