After installing the Isim73 (2008 TL-S, - unit connected to the XM module), I can still see my phone book but cannot dial from the screen. All the numbers are grayed out. The phone book import option is also grayed out. The phone book can still be accessed but I cannot dial from there. I also cannot delete the phone book.

Dialing from the steering wheel/phone works fine.

Not sure if it is XM related or if it is something else.

Anyone encountered this issue? If yes, any pointers on how to resolve it?

Have you tried to delete and repair your phone via HFL? It can be a pain if you have a bunch of voicedial numbers, but if not, it might be worth a shot.

Ok I solved it. It is XM module related. Make sure the harness is pushed all the way. The PGHHD2 somehow does not fit tightly (no click) in the XM module.
