Looking for new rear deck speakers

Hey all,

I know there are a lot of threads like this but most have dead links or don't answer my question.

Honestly I know ZERO about audio equipment, but I'm having a problem and want to replace my rear deck speakers.

At low volumes, i hear static or some raspyness from the speakers. When I turn the volume up, it usually goes away. For some reason I feel like its the rear deck speakers; maybe theyre blown out? idk?

I just want to replace them now since I'm having someone install H&R springs and they'll be removing the rear deck anyway.

I'm looking for as close to 100% drop in speakers that don't/won't require any modification to work for somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 bucks...An improvement over stock would be preferable.

Again I'm pretty much a complete n00b when it comes to audio so....any suggestions are welcome.

BTW: I don't really know any of the technical terms/abbreviations for this stuff so please keep it simple enough to read

I dont think the rear speakers are your problem.
you might want to look into/research the factory amp. as when its about to go out, it gives off static through the speakers

Is it possible that it only produces static at low volumes?

Bump?

Anyone know what I can do to remedy this problem?

I noticed more static while driving today. highly disappointing...

I would like to upgrade the factory amp but I'm not really interested in running new wires to each and every speaker..highly beyond my skill level. I wish the uncald4 plug and play amps were still available...one in the blackmarket sold recently, I guess I should have jumped on it.
