Looking for a good answer

Ok gentlemen and ladies I need a quick answer.

I am looking to replace everything sound in the car except the stock headunit because I want all the cool stuff hidden.

At any rate, I was looking at the stock amp in the kick panel and saw the wires that ran from the headunit to the amp and then from the amp to the stock speakers. I have seen several pictures of these.

What I am curious of however are the other plugs that are connected to the stock amp. They are white...what are they? Are they important? Do I need to keep the stock amp in its place or can I remove it completely?

I am planning on putting the 3sixty.1 in the stock amps place and run my wire from the kick panel..like I said 'plan'.

Anyway wasn't sure if anyone could tell me what those extra wires were and what i need to do with them.

TIA

Rockford Fosgate recommends that you keep the factory amp and plug the wires heading to the speakers (from the factory amp) to the 3sixty, for best results...
