Hello fellow TLers.
I just bought my second TL, 2004. My first one, a 99 got totaled in an accident.

anyway, when i first bought the car, when i would use the second remote and key, i would see in the info center "driver/remote 2 detected"
after a couple of days, i realized that the memory seats werent working at all, no lights in them.
then i did some research and found out about a tsb for fuse 20. i checked it, and it looks good. everything else is working.
i also know there is a tsb for the memory seat module, however im out of warranty.

NOW, when i try to go into the keyless remote options, it says you must link a remote. i try to link it by hitting the two buttons, and nothing happens.

whats going on? im confused. no memory seats and cant link the remotes

help please

 

ok I got the remote to link again
but still memory seats are toast
any help?

I have the same problem, only thing in my case is that i had a problem with the side mirrors, rear view mirror, and windshield washer as well. I checked fuse 20 and it was blown so i replaced it with a 10 amp fuse as advised in an other thread. well everything was working even the seats and then not even 1 minute after replacing the fuse it went out again!!! Does anyone have any other ideas that can help us out?
