I've seen a few posts with people replacing the front speakers with the Infinity Kappa 62.7i 2 way speakers and still using the OEM amp.

Has anyone tried the Kappa 60.7CS component speakers? They're 2 ohm and same basic specs as the 62.7i. The OEM door speakers are as far as I know not a 2 way. It seems to me that is you could set the 60.7CS up right it would be a better match than a 2 way for the front speakers

Why dont you post this sooner.

I ordered the 62.7i. But odds are I would have still ordered it. The component is 159.95 vs 82.95. ( but I also paid 44.95 for tweeters) = 127.90... So for 30 bux more I could have had the component speakers....

I dont know. Wish you would have told me sooner I'll live with the 62.7i.
