Any links or pictures?

Are you trying to use line level inputs? Or are you looking for a remote turn on wire?

Are you splicing the wires before the factory amp?

I was under the impression you just unhook the wires from the factory sub and then you need a connector that changes them to rca plugs to go into the amp? I read the manual for the amp it said that the amp would run off the speaker wire input and not to use a loc which would turn the signal into pre amp input which is not recommended to turn the amp on?? But i cant find cables that go from speaker to rca!!!!! arggggg
This is what i need but cant find anywhere??

I used the stock sub input to go into a LOC, which outputs AV to input to the amp. As for the power wire to turn on the amp I just ran a wire from my acc to trigger the amp to come on. If you wanna get technical with it you can runa wire form your accesory and put an inline switch to be able to turn it on or off. I am using a 250/1 amp.

Mickey, you're on the right track.
You do not need to run a remote wire, the slash series amp have "signal sensing turn on"... You're just wasting time and energy running a switch power source.

As for the cable, just look up any certified JL dealer in your area... They can order that cable for you. If you get tired of searching, buy a quality shielded cable... Cut it in 1/2. Strip back the cable like COAX at the cut. Connect the center terminal of both cut ends to + and the inner sheathing to -... It's that simple.

DO NOT use a LOC, you just plain don't need it. Just another place to introduce noise. No need stepping down the signal just to have the amp step it back up. LOC are the most overused item I've seen installed here. Almost ALL quality amps accept high/line level inputs, yet I see folks installing noise inducing LOCs on every install here.

You need something like this. Tap into the factory sub wires to get the low signal you need. Then you can also control the amp using the sub control on your factory radio.

That's a line out converter... You DO NOT need this with a slash series amplifier.

JUICED KID - The jl slash series amps are designed to use high level input direct from speaker wires but it has to be an rca plug end! Im looking for just a cable that can accomplish this conversion with no change to signal! But thanks for trying!!
