so after going through all the navi threads and going to the dealer i decided to finally call alpine and yes they said it would be 158 bucks to fix my unit. then i went to take my unit in the trunck off and i couldn't do it. i searched everywhere and i cannot find a guide or a diy for this. i took off all the screws but now i cannot get the carpet to detach from the floor. do i have to rip it apart?
