iSimple sound quality?

hey whats up guys i have an 05 tl base 6mt non-navi and i have a couple of questions about the isimple. i listen to a lot of music and ive tried my best so far upgrading the factory sound system (as much as i could afford right now at least). i got 2 kenwood kad-**** 1000w amps powering 2 12'' kac-**** kenwood subs in a sealed box backed by a 2 farad capacitor and they sound awesome when listening to cd's or the radio. For the longest time i used cd's to listen to music in the car and i finally decided to purchase an isimple so i dont have to make 20 song cds anymore. after searching a lot on azine and reading reviews about the isimple, i finally got one and installed it with no major problems. im very satisfied with its features and its simplicity but now whenver i listen to my ipod thru the isimple, the sound quality....got worse somehow. The lows are a lot more powerful (very boomy and inaccurate) and the mids and highs are not as pronounced as they were when i was listening to cd's. keep in mind that all my songs that i put on my cd's using itunes, i put on my ipod. they are exactly the same file. and now when i listen thru the isimple, the sound quality worsened and im not sure what i could do. sorry for the long post i just wanted to give you guys all the necessary info. Thanks for reading and please reply with your opinion on this.

Me personally i still buy CD's and if i do put them on my iphone i use apples loss less files encoding and have no issues with my Isimples sound quality.. You might want to get a 4 or 6 channel amp and power up the interior speakers so help with SQ and to keep up with those 12's. Also ditch the 2 farad capacitor and get a kinetic or optima battery. Also make sure the EQ on the ipod/iphone is selected "off" too

320 MP3s sound great through my iSimple. Low quality ones do not. There is a sliding scale from excellent to below average depending on the bit rate of the song.

You can also burn DVD-A discs with gigs worth of songs on them, but you need high quality digital music for these too.
