iSimple solution?

Hope everyone is doing well. I installed the Isimple adapter two days ago, works great, but one time i left the ipod plugged in and started the car. Radio took awhile to turn on and i know we are not suppose to leave the ipod plugged in. so i was wondering if there is another solution for the Isimple to work "great" without always unplugging the ipod.

I never knew that that was a constraint with the Isimple. With my USASPEC I've left it plugged in for weeks at a time with no issue. I'd call them and see if they can resolve it through a firmware update or something. That's just odd.
