Everything works, but the Pandora is having a little issues. While playing in the Aux 1 channel on the Navi unit, the song will pause or mute for a few seconds here and there. Does anyone know why it is doing that?

It's pandora, which is streaming from your 3G connection. When it skips, it is loading the song. No way to fix this other than having a better signal for your phone, or reducing sound quality in Pandora's settings.

when i unplug the phone Pandora works PERFECT and im on wifi in the house garage.

That's strange. Try it in Airplane Mode. I've heard that the 3G connection interferes with audio equipment, so much so that in recording studios they make people turn off phones.
